When will I receive the update on my application status?
You should receive an update on you application within a week or two. Some of our job posts receive a high volume of applications, so employers need time to review them thoroughly.
If there is an email from one of our recruiters listed in the job post, you can send an email requesting an update. You can usually find it in the "How to apply" section.
If there is no email, this means the employer is in charge of their own hiring process. To ask for an update, you can message them directly through JobRack. In order to contact them, you need to sign in to your profile, go to messages and find the message thread for that particular role.
